Avrupa Birliði nin 2027 yýlý gümrük tarifesini ve üçüncü ülkelerden yapýlacak ithalatlarda 01.Ocak.2027 tarihinden itibaren uygulanacak gümrük vergisi oranlarýný içeren 2658/87 sayýlý Konsey Kararýna iliþkin düzenleme (COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2026/2163) 30.10.2026 tarihli L serisi Avrupa Birliði Resmi Gazetesi'nde yayýmlanmýþtýr.

Bilindiði üzere, Dünya Gümrük Örgütü (DGÖ) üyesi ülkeler arasýnda 6 hane bazýnda ortak olan tarife pozisyonlarý, AB ile Türkiye arasýnda 8 hane bazýnda ortaktýr.

2026 yýlýnda 8 hane bazýnda yeni eklenen gtip numaralarý 2026/2163 sayýlý Komisyon Uygulama Yönetmeliðinde (★) ile belirtilmiþtir. Bu eklenen gtiplere karþýlýk kapanan gtipler olmuþtur. Yönetmelikte (★) ile belirtilen bu gtipler aþaðýda gösterilmiþ ve devamýnda da Mevzuat.Net tarafýndan oluþturulan korelasyon tablosu verilmiþtir:
