Communiqué on Market Surveillance and Inspection Relating to Hazardous Chemical Content of Certain Consumer Products

Objective of this Communiqué is to specify procedures and principles relating to limitations of hazardous chemical substances which are used in certain consumer products put on the market as final product and which are laid down in the Annex to this Communiqué.
