The purpose of this Communiqué is to regulate the principle and procedures relating to the risk based inspections in imports by using electronic media, of products laid down in Annex 1, in order to see whether they comply with the provisions of Regulation on Toys which was issued on 17.May.2002 dated and 24758 numbered Official Journal.
