Regulation on Official Control of Plant Origin Food and Feed Import

The purpose of this Regulation is to set out the principles and procedures of the official controls to be conducted with respect to reliability of the plant origin food and feed that will be released for free circulation within the country after being imported.
This Regulation covers the following:
- Official controls to be conducted with respect to reliability of the plant origin food and feed
- Substances and materials that contact with the food and non-animal substances that will be used for food and feed purposes
- Preliminary notification and document control
- Identity check and Physical Control
- Certificates, Phytosanitary certificate and other required documents, Pest risk analysis
- Labelling requirements
- Customs Entry points
- Pre-Notification Form Plant Origin Food, Feed And Food Contact Material
