Decree 2013/4284 on Technical Arrangements Regime

This Decree comprises the technical arrangements and compliance audits which would apply to foreign trade products, establishments that would be authorized to make audits, the authorization and responsibilities of the authorized establishments within this context, the responsibilities of importers and exporters, measures to be applied, sanctions to be imposed and the notification regarding such matters. The Decree has the following sections:
- Purpose, Scope, Definitions and Authorization

- Cooperation between market surveillance and auditing and import audits

- Importer's and Exporter's Responsibility
