Supplementary Decree for the Import Regime Decree - 2013/4760

As a consequence of the free trade agreement between Turkey and Mauritius, customs duty rates that shall apply to imports originating in the Republic of Mauritius are laid down in this Decree. There are 2 annexes to the Decree as follows:
- Annex I* - Customs duties for Industrial Products (i.e. List II to Import Regime Decree) originating in the Republic of Mauritius
- Annex II - Customs duties rate for certain fish and fishery products (1604.14.11.00.00, 1604.14.16.00.00, 1604.14.18.00.00 and 1604.14.90.00.00 Hs coded products) (i.e. List IV to Import Regime Decree) originating in the Republic of Mauritius
*Please importantly note that, Annex I covers a small portion of the Industrial Products, and 0% customs duty rate shall apply for Industrial Products not covered in the said Annex I.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ile Morityus Cumhuriyeti arasındaki Serbest Ticaret Anlaşması bugünkü Resmi Gazete yayımlanarak 01.06.2013 tarihinden itibaren yürürlüğe giriyor. İthalat Rejimi Kararına ekli II sayılı Listede yer alan Sanayi ürünlerinin (bazı tekstil ürünleri hariç) Morityus Cumhuriyeti menşeli olanlarının ithalatında gümrük vergisi oranı 0 (sıfır) olarak uygulanacaktır.
