Communiqué on imports of used or renovated goods (Import: 2014/9)

This Communiqué covers the principles and procedures regarding the permission to be granted pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of Import Regime Decree, for used or renovated ones of the goods, Customs Statistical Positions of which are laid down in Annex 1/A, Annex 1/B and Annex 2.

Following subjects are covered in the Communiqué:
