Import Regime Decree - No: 95/7606

This decree aims to regulate importation in accordance with the benefit of national economy and with the requirements of international trade. Importation shall be carried out within the framework of provisions of this decree, of regulation and communiqués to be issued based on this decree, of directives to be given to the organizations concerned, and of multilateral and bilateral agreements.
Following subjects are also regulated in this Decree:
- Principles of Importation
- Payment of prices of imports
- Importation of old, used, renovated goods
- Customs duty and mass housing fund
- Definite and temporary importation of machinery and equipment purchased by Turkish contracting companies
- Countries benefiting from Generalized System Of Preferences (GSP)
- Additional Code-by Composition (Meursing Table)
- Agricultural Component table
Please importantly note the following:At the beginning of each year, lists Displaying Customs Duty Rates, Agricultural Fund and Mass Housing Fund to be Applied on Imports (List I, II, III, IV, V, VI) are issued in Official Journal as annexed to this Decree. These lists are not included. You may easily search the contents of the Import Lists, the customs duty rates and mass housing fund rates along with other taxes, duties and formalities applicable for imports, in Applied Tariff Search section of Tariff-TR.com.

Bu Kararın amacı, ithalatın ülke ekonomisi yararına ve uluslararası ticaretin gereklerine uygun olarak düzenlenmesini sağlamaktır. İthalat, bu Karar ile bu Karara dayanılarak çıkarılacak yönetmelik, tebliğler, ilgili kuruluşlara verilecek talimatlar, çok taraflı anlaşmalar hükümleri çerçevesinde yürütülür.
