Supplementary Decree for the Import Regime Decree - 2014/6692

Additional customs duty shall be applied on import of the products, names and customs tariff statistical position numbers (HS Codes) of which are laid down in the table below:
| 64.01 | Waterproof footwear with outer soles and uppers of rubber or of plastics, the uppers of which are neither fixed to the sole nor assembled by stitching, riveting, nailing, screwing, plugging or similar processes |
| 64.02 | Other footwear with outer soles and uppers of rubber or plastics |
| 64.03 | Footwear with outer soles of rubber, plastics, leather or composition leather and uppers of leather |
| 64.04 | Footwear with outer soles of rubber, plastics, leather or composition leather and uppers of textile materials |
| 64.05 | Other footwear |
| 64.06 | Parts of footwear (including uppers whether or not attached to soles other than outer soles); removable insoles, heel cushions and similar articles; gaiters, leggings and similar articles, and parts thereof (excluding 6406.10.10.00.00 and 6406.90.60.00.00) |

Additional customs duty rates that shall apply for the said items starting from 10.Aug.2014, are set out in the annexed table of the aforementioned Decree. Along with additional customs duty rates, there are minimum lump sum amounts also set out in that table. This Decree covers the implementation details.
Exceptional implementation details (e.g. importation from EU countries or from the countries of a diagonal cumulation of origin system, Inward Processing case and exportation of the said goods to European Union countries) are also covered in the Decree.
