Additional customs duty shall be applied on import of the following products:

Spades, Shovels, Mattocks, Forks, Axes, Vineyard and gardener scissors, Shears, Saws, Blades, Knives, Perforating punches, Interchangeable spanner sockets,Hammers, Planes, chisels, gouges and similar cutting tools for working wood, Screwdrivers, Household tools, Tools for masons, moulders, cement workers, plasterers and painters, Grease guns, riveting-wallplugging etc. tools, Blowlamps, Vices, clamps, Anvils, grinding wheels, Drills, Mincing appliances, Pencil sharpeners etc.

Aforesaid products fall in the scope of the following headings in Turkish Customs Tariff Schedule :

Additional customs duty rates that shall apply for the said items starting from 06.Feb.2015, are set out in the annexed table of the aforementioned Decree. This Decree covers the implementation details.

Exceptional implementation details (e.g. importation from EU countries or from the countries of a diagonal cumulation of origin system, Inward Processing case and exportation of the said goods to European Union countries) are also covered in the Decree.
