Additional customs duty shall be applied on import of the products, names and customs tariff statistical position numbers (HS Codes) of which are laid down in the table below:

| 94.02 | Medical, surgical, dental or veterinary furniture (for example, operating tables, examination tables, hospital beds with mechanical fittings, dentists' chairs); barbers' chairs and similar chairs, having rotating as well as both reclining and elevating movements; parts of the foregoing articles (excluding 9402.10.00.00.21, 9402.90.00.00.21) |

Additional customs duty rates that shall apply for the said items starting from 23.May.2015, are set out in the annexed table of the aforementioned Decree. Along with additional customs duty rates, there are minimum and maximum lump sum amounts also set out in that table. This Decree covers the implementation details.
Exceptional implementation details (e.g. importation from EU countries or from the countries of a diagonal cumulation of origin system, Inward Processing case and exportation of the said goods to European Union countries) are also covered in the Decree.
