Additional customs duty shall be applied on import of certain office, stationery or school supplies (Glues and adhesives, Films used for color photography, Artists', students' or signboard painters' colors, modifying tints, Office or school supplies, of plastic, Envelopes, Letter cards, plain postcards and correspondence cards, packing boxes, notebooks, registers, accounting books, writing pads, receipt books, agendas, diaries, Exercise books, labels of paper and paperboard, All types of calendar, printed, Trade advertising material, commercial catalogues, Ring binder mechanisms, Staples in strips, Ball point pens, felt pen or highlighter (marker), Pens: fountain pen and other pen, Pencils and crayons, with leads encased in a rigid sheath, Pencil leads, black or colored, Pastels and drawing charcoals, writing-drawing chalk, tailor's chalk, Ink-pads etc.) customs tariff statistical position numbers (HS Codes) of which are laid down in the table below:

Additional customs duty rates that shall apply for the said items starting from 11.Nov.2016, are set out in the annexed table of the aforementioned Decree. This Decree covers the implementation details.
Exceptional implementation details (e.g. importation from EU countries or from the countries of a diagonal cumulation of origin system, Inward Processing case and exportation of the said goods to European Union countries) are also covered in the Decree.
