Additional customs duty shall be applied on import of the articles of apparel and clothing accessories of leather and furskins, socks, gloves, hats and other headgear, shawls, scarves etc. customs tariff statistical position numbers (HS Codes) of which are laid down in the table below:

Additional customs duty rates that shall apply for the said items starting from 31.Dec.2016, are set out in the annexed table of the aforementioned Decree. This Decree covers the implementation details.

Exceptional implementation details (e.g. importation from EU countries or from the countries of a diagonal cumulation of origin system, Inward Processing case and exportation of the said goods to European Union countries) are also covered in the Decree.
