This Communiqué lays down the principles and procedures regarding the inspection of the import products laid down in the list in Annex 1, using risk based inspection system, to see whether they comply with the requirements of the regulations specified therein, and their withdrawal, correction and disposal. Related Regulations:
- Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals which was issued on 23.Jun.2017 dated and 30105 (bis.) numbered Official Journal
- Regulation on Labelling and Marking relating to Textile Fiber Names and Fiber Composition of Textile Products which was issued on 25.Apr.2015 dated and 29337 numbered Official Journal
