The letter of conformity of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall be required by the customs administrations for the registration of the Customs Entry Declaration of fertilisers, when they are to be subject to Release for Free Circulation Procedure, Inward processing Procedure, Processing under Customs Control Procedure and Temporary Import Procedure.
