The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure electrical / electronic equipment and systems to be manufactured, certified, marked and placed on the market in such a way that the operation of both themselves and other equipment is not affected by electromagnetic disturbances they emit in their normal electromagnetic environment and they are also protected against other electromagnetic disturbances in the usual electromagnetic environment where they are intended to work.
