For the importation of the Personal Protective Equipments, the importer or her representative shall prepare an Application Form and submit it to the related Inspectorates Group Chairmanship of Standardization in Foreign Trade. In case the goods comply with the Legislation (of Regulation on Protective Clothing Hardware Equipment) and safety requirements a certificate of conformity will be given to the importer or her representative to be presented to the customs.
